The 20-Minute Diagnostic

This is not a sales call. You show me your commercial logic as it exists today. I stress-test. We both know by minute 20 if there’s a fit.

01

The Pitch — 5m

You have 5 minutes to show me who you are and why you exist. I need the raw narrative, not the rehearsed polish.

Abstract visualization of raw software origin
02

The Demo — 7m

Abstract visualization of user interface layers

Walk through your prospect demo as it stands today. No "cleaning it up"—I need to see it as your customers see it.

03

The Audit — 3m

I ask hard questions to test whether your commercial logic is rock solid or built on assumptions.

Abstract visualization of a system audit constraints
04

The Gap Map — 5m

Abstract visualization of a delta symbol gap analysis

I play back the delta between your current narrative and the logic required to win. We define exactly where I can move the needle—and where I can’t. We leave with a clear 'Yes' or 'No' on the fit.

Before You Book: The Readiness Check

This diagnostic only works if you meet these criteria. Check yourself honestly:

The 'No-Fit' Threshold

If you checked fewer than 4 boxes, you are likely not ready for the diagnostic. Booking now will result in a "No Fit" outcome in the first 5 minutes.

  • 02

Common Questions

"I don't think my demo is good enough yet."

A: That's exactly why you should book. The diagnostic identifies what to fix. If you wait until it's "perfect," you've already wasted months on the wrong assumptions.

"Can I just send you a Loom and get feedback?"

A: No. I need to see how you respond to questions in real-time. Your demo is only half the picture—your ability to adapt the narrative live is the other half.

"What if we're not a fit?"

A: Then I'll tell you during the Gap Map, and you'll still walk away with clarity on what's broken. The worst outcome is you save 6 months of guessing.

"Do I need to pay before the call?"

A: No. The diagnostic is free. If we're a fit, we'll discuss ρΔ (Sprint), ρα (Advisory), or ρΣ (Interim) as a follow-up engagement.
